Who We Are

We Are CALC!

For 150 years, we have been here on the corner of Germantown and Southamption witnessing to God's Abundant Grace! Gathered in worship every Sunday and sent out into the world with the amazing news that God is still at work with love for all, we stand as witnesses to the wonder of Christ's resurrection in the world. We live as members of Christ's Body offering strength, love, life, hope, and reconciliation in our daily lives.

You Are Invited

We want you to be a part of God's Work here at CALC! Regardless of your sexual orientation, your gender expression, your race, your nationality, your age, your marital status, your socio-economic standing, your political affiliation your documentation status...

Whoever you are, we want you to be a part of our life together here!

We Are Called

We believe and live the ELCA's motto:

God's Work. Our Hands.

CALC continues to reach out in ministry with our neighbors and NW Philly, in the wider 5-counties, and abroad. Through partnerships with local organizations as well as global Lutheran ministries, we are continuing to share the we have first been loved.
